All Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including names, numbers, and emails, is stripped before AI training to prevent any leakage of sensitive data.
You can choose to give access to data sources you want Threado AI to be trained on. When integrating with different platforms, Threado AI only reads data that’s necessary.
Threado AI uses the Open AI GPT-4 model to generate answers but if you have specific data security requirements or want to experiment with your custom AI model, you can. We support OpenAI and Azure models.

Gen AI is only as strong as your knowledge base and what we saw with Threado AI is that with proper documentation, it’s 99% accurate in answering questions. After integrating and training on internal docs, the answers put together were very nice. Threado AI has turned into our go-to source for all information. And not just support but customer success, sales, and even engineering have started using it.
